In a nutshell:
At Open Listings, we pride ourselves in working with the best of the best. Whether they be in-house or a local partner agent, our team fully vets each agent with whom we work. Our agents are not only very knowledgeable about their local markets, but they are also dedicated to helping buyers close. On average our agents have been working in their markets for 5 years and have closed on at least 10 homes in the last two years.
Can I choose my Tour Agent?
Yes and no.
In order to facilitate tours as quickly as possible, we attempt to pair you with the closest tour agent with matching availability each time you request a tour.
That said, if you have a great experience with a tour agent, you can let our Support team know, and we’ll designate them as your preferred tour agent. This means we will prioritize all of your tour requests to that agent, regardless of location and availability. If they are unable to facilitate the tour, we will then reach out as normal to the next available tour agent in the area.
Alternatively, if you find that you are dissatisfied with a tour agent, you can let us know, and we’ll make sure that you are not paired with that agent for any future tours. While we work hard to ensure that our agent provide you with the best service possible, we understand that, sometimes, things don’t work out.
Can I choose my Buying Agent?
As our agents are laser-focused on handling offers, we want to make sure, first and foremost, that your buying agent will have enough time and local experience to properly represent your interests.
When you start an offer with Open Listings, we pair you with the first available buying agent in your market. Unless you submit another offer in a different area, however, all of your future offers will be assigned to that same agent.
Can I switch Buying Agents?
Our initial buying agent pairing process is based off of current workloads, as well as which markets your buying agent services, as this allows us to quickly and reliably assign you a buying agent.
We pride ourselves on providing the best experience for our buyers. Because the relationship with your buying agent is a very important aspect of the overall experience, we are happy to address any issues that may arise.
It's tricky to reassign a buyer to a different agent once they have submitted an offer or are in contract on a home due to the nature of the buying contract. That said we can absolutely pair you with a different buying agent prior to offer submission or work to resolve any conflicts on offers already submitted.
If you believe you and your buying agent are not connecting, please let our support team know your concerns and we would be happy to address them as soon as possible.
