- When we set up a tour, the seller's agent will often have a few questions about our clients. In particular, they'll typically want to know whether the client is qualified to purchase the home.
- Since loan pre-approvals need to be submitted with a purchase offer, it lets us help you make an offer immediately if a home is "the one."
Plus, it's what sellers require before reviewing your offer. It acts as proof that you're able to get financing.
